Ethics and Compliance

We at EKW believe that a company’s success is built on respect for people, rules and the environment.

That is why we adopted a Code of Conduct and a Supplier Code of Conduct, which define the ethical principles, expected behaviours and standards that inspire us in carrying out our activities.

1. EKW GROUP CODE OF CONDUCT

The EKW Group Code of Conduct is the fundamental reference point for the behaviour of employees, collaborators and corporate bodies.

It establishes the values and principles that guide our daily decisions, including:

  • “Integrity and transparency”
  • “Respect for people”
  • “Compliance with laws and regulations”
  • “Responsibility towards the community and the environment”

2. SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT

The EKW Group Supplier Code of Conduct defines the ethical, social and environmental standards that we require of all our business partners.

We work with suppliers who share our values and who operate in compliance with human rights, applicable regulations and sustainability principles.

Adherence to this Code is considered essential for establishing and maintaining supplier relationships.
